The following contracts are under consideration pending Diocesan approval.

Spec Pro for the skylight repair $86,830. They originally put in the skylight.
Metro East roofing for both flat roofs and the shingled roof $69,850.
Warnecke for the tuck pointing on the brickwork, all window and door seals and complete wash and seal of the entire church brickwork $34,150.
Haberberger for the furnace controller and upgrades $23,783.
Ravensberg for repair of the portable walls in St Joe’s hall and recovering of the panels $60,629.50. The walls are no longer made but repair parts are still available and this company services our Modern Fold Walls.

The following work has begun or been completed.

Haberberger started the furnace upgrade with new controller on January 12th and completed the job on January 21st. Total cost as per bid of $23,783.00
