Protecting God’s Children has changed to the Safe Haven – It’s Up to You program offered online through Catholic Mutual Group. If you completed PGC in the past your training is still valid – please see below for login information. NEW parish volunteers who have NOT completed PCG will complete the new training by clicking HERE to register.

IMPORTANT LOG-IN INFORMATION for those who HAVE completed PCG in the past. An account on CMG has been created for you and has your training history. DO NOT create a new account. Instead, follow these steps to login to CMG:

1. Visit the website at SpringfieldIL.cmgconnect.org.
2. Please do not create a new account. Click the “Sign In” button in the upper right corner of the page and use the username format of firstname.lastname.spfld with the password: 1234 You will be prompted to update to a more secure password upon clicking “Log In”.

All parish volunteers must have a current background check on file which can now be renewed online. More information can be found on the Diocesan website under the "Office for Safe Environment".
